I contacted the fraud department explaining that a payment keeps going off my account , they checked and verified everything and advised i should speak to customer service to do the reversal. I called customer service and I have been sent from pillar to post. I easily wait 10 mins for someone to answer and when they do i get transferred to a different department. They refuse to call me back. and each consultant has a different story as to why they cannot assist me. This is pathetic and totally unacceptable. They are well aware of the company that keeps deducting payment yet i am having a run around for them to reverse the money.
Myself and my family spent the long weekend at the resort, from the day we arrived we have experienced racist attitudes and views. Its sad and an absolute disgrace, the staff actually swore at us and the managers done absolutely nothing about it, They are unprofessional and its sickening. Our kids are traumatised at the way they were treated and looked at. Our society should really start understanding the definition of "Ubantu". We have moved away from these ways and view 20years ago already !
The Gym Company in Winchester Hills has tarnished the name of The Gym Company.<br> <br> I signed up with the gym and decided I want to cancel my contract, I spoke to the consultant Henry to make the necessary arrangements to cancel my contract , He informed me that he would do a transfer for me instead of a cancellation. I agreed to this and he told me all i needed to do was bring my ID and my gym chip as well as a new member who is interested in joining the Gym which I did.<br> <br> A month ago i started receiving messages from the gym informing me that my account is in arrears, which doesn't make any sense because i am not in possession of my gym chip or my membership any longer.<br> i made numerous attempts trying to contact The Manger(Jomo) but He is never in the office , He sends sloppy emails which has limited information, He keeps promising He is going to contact me telephonically but never does, They haven't not taken any responsibility for their actions.Till this day i am awaiting on instruction as what to do as well as why i was misinformed. If the gyming equipment is not working, then the front desk lady(Mary) is rude and abrupt, never helpful. Its truly troubling how they handle matters
