i registered my card and i was emailed to send ID copy to get activated,all was well and i deposited cash R3000 first and i transacted well with it, and i then deposited R10,000.00 cash again that's when i was told to send proof of payment,i emailed it to them and after a day my card was saying inactive,i was not notified of any problem or anything.I have now spent More than R500 airtime calling them but still nothing is happening.Right now i cant transact with my money which is in the account besides the missing big amount.<br> The customer service consultants keep saying the back office is busy with my account and she cant do anything.Please out there don't use those Reload cards from Absa and Bidvest they are a very unprofessional company and they don't care about customer satisfaction.
