i registered my card and i was emailed to send ID copy to get activated,all was well and i deposited cash R3000 first and i transacted well with it, and i then deposited R10,000.00 cash again that's when i was told to send proof of payment,i emailed it to them and after a day my card was saying inactive,i was not notified of any problem or anything.I have now spent More than R500 airtime calling them but still nothing is happening.Right now i cant transact with my money which is in the account besides the missing big amount.<br> The customer service consultants keep saying the back office is busy with my account and she cant do anything.Please out there don't use those Reload cards from Absa and Bidvest they are a very unprofessional company and they don't care about customer satisfaction.

This is the most terrible service and prepaid card ANYONE can have! If I knew then what I know now, I would have never ever purchased this card at dischem!!! First, all 3 deposits I made, NEVER showed until I contacted this Drawcard people, AND send proof of payment, and only THEN they allocated it to my card. THEN I couldn't use the card, because I needed to send them a certified copy of my ID. So, I went to Brooklyn Police station on this day, 25 November 2015, I got it certified, police stamp and all. NOW they won't \release"my money"

I think reloadmobilemoney is a scam - very worried - all contact details on this website does not work. - referred to paycorp as the holding company. - what is going on.

I have got 3 reload cards , my email that I sent was not answered and I have been holding on for the call centre for in excess of 20 minutes. I tried to use the self help , but it does not provide me with my problem where I have 2 cards that I don't have my pin for. and another card I can not activate because my ID number is associated with the other cards. Come on Reload!!

Twice I have used reload mobile. The first time, I transferred money on 29 June and only after numerous calls and mails were my funds released after 10 July. Now I transferred again on 29 July and on 1 august sent a mail asking where my funds were. No one has since replied. I have now called twice. People promise to get back to me but no one does and even after sending POP they will not release my money. Their website states 48 hours for the funds to be availiable, I always struggle to get MY money.

This account and card is a bunch of nonsens!!!! My R30k is not available for my spouse to use. That after 10 days???? And the support centre is a bunch of useless stupid @#$&^*#, that does not know the first thing about customer service. My second back posy and I shall not stop till I have my money??? I manage a non-profit organisation. In December 2014 I discovered that a former employee had deposited a large sum of monies from the organisation's bank account into a Reload Card. I contacted Reload to inform them and discovered that monies were being transferred into this person's bank account from the Reload Card account. I immediately put a stop on this account. I was asked to send and email, get a new card, submit a certified copy of the owner of the card and they will transfer the monies into the new card. After many promises by them to get back to me, which were broken, as I had to always follow up, nothing was done. Upon enquiring, I was put through to a woman by the name of Naseema, whom I greeted Islamically (which she ignored!!!), she said that I need to now get the person whose card it is to release the money!!! I cannot trace this employee and I believe that if Reload is delaying the process deliberately. They are unhelpful and it appears the everything stops at Naseema who is not even in a Management position. I have now been asked to follow the process of sending emails AGAIN!!! I am now frustrated and hope that someone who has the common decency to resolve this!!!

Reload pre-paid card system keeps on blocking my card claiming I need to forward my ID and proof of address which I already forwarded to then several times.<br> <br> I will be closing my account and advise all not to deal with these fly by night amatures
