Good day<br> I shop regularly this branch, and every time I am here there is only 2 or 3 tills operating.This is ridiculous.And then you must pack your own bags as there are no packers's???? WHERE is the store staff at keywest.I am considering on taking my money somewhere else if the customer service does not change.
This account and card is a bunch of nonsens!!!! My R30k is not available for my spouse to use. That after 10 days???? And the support centre is a bunch of useless stupid @#$&^*#, that does not know the first thing about customer service. My second back posy and I shall not stop till I have my money??? Hi<br> i placed a order online, this was about 20:18 as per the confirmation sms received from your database and confirming order to be delivered at approximately 21:03.My order never arived!!I received a call from the delivery person at approximately 21:39 asking me where i stay as he cant find my address, he then ask me to please wait outside as he cannot find the place.I send my son out in te street and your driver drive right past him, my husband went out the second time he called and again he drove right passed them.Really, how difficult can delivering a pizza be?? This is really pethetic...Then he calls back and say he still cant find us?????We did on the 3 rd call tell him to rather leave the pizza as you can by now know we were frustrated.2 hours to deliver!!!!Then at 22:03 your stare calls and asked if we received the pizza, wereafter my husband explaind to him what had happend, No apology or any customer satisfaction at this branch.Bad bad service.
Hi<br> i have been trying to get n print out of my invoice with this company.I had been redirect fr9m the branch to contact the call centre for assistance in this matter.I was told the they would be forwarding me a statment of my account as it has already been paid up.I have been calling this call centre for 3 2eeks now and still have not received assistance in this.<br> please get back to me on this matter.
On Wednesday afternoon my car reflected a warning light for the engine. I took it to BMW clearwater Thursday afternoon and Adele assisted me with a smile. As I told her I am from Bloemfontein, she immediately started making calls etc. to have me sorted as I needed my car asap. This morning Adele called me and told me what's wrong and she will try her beat however most probably I will only get my car Monday. At 15h30 Adele called again...Sir, your car is in the wash bay and then will be ready for collection. I am very pleased with this exceptional service delivery.
