Twice I have used reload mobile. The first time, I transferred money on 29 June and only after numerous calls and mails were my funds released after 10 July. Now I transferred again on 29 July and on 1 august sent a mail asking where my funds were. No one has since replied. I have now called twice. People promise to get back to me but no one does and even after sending POP they will not release my money. Their website states 48 hours for the funds to be availiable, I always struggle to get MY money.
My mother called in with a fault on 17 July 2015. I have followed up numerous times. <br> <br> Every day this week I have called and been told that someone will contact her within 24 hours. Still no one has done so. Today I held for 1 hour, 12 minutes. I then got hold of one of the consultants, she said she would escalate the problem but that was all she could do.<br> <br> The turn around time should be 5 working days, it has now been 20 days with no response from Telkom. <br>
