Richard Nutec AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Everyone Please avoid using this company. A good and promising start ends with broken promises, a mess on your driveway, oil stains on your paving, nails and *****s scattered in your lawn, half-completed project elements that you have to fix at your own cost, wendyhouse window that leaks during rainfalls, a wendyhouse door that swells so badly during rainfalls that you cannot even open it, using offcuts to finish off the structure, skew Nutec panels, the list is endless. Don't let the polished presentation fool you, you will regret it.

4Ever Properties abuses tenant deposit
Despite properly cleaning the house I rented, employing a cleaner, who worked from 8am to 4pm, cleaning everything including the outside patios, garage, windows and every surface, these people charged me R850.00 to have the whole house cleaned AGAIN, just because they found one spider web and some dust in the bottom of a cupboard. They are just so dishonest. Ironically, they used MY deposit to clean a house AFTER they employed a painting contractor to paint the inside of the house. Just so dishonest.

4Ever Properties owner Aasault Threats
During an outgoing inspection held in the property I rented from this man, I challenged his constant threats and lies about the claims he was making against my damage deposit to which he responded with repeated verbal abuse, repeatedly calling me a f......g c...t and told me that I would be f....cked up for having the cheek to stand up to him. He also proudly proclaimed that he would have me thrown out of the property and that because \he held my deposit
