Beware of ****** black African employees at the Alpine Rd store. They pass comments in isiZulu thinking we Indians cannot understand what they are saying. The Black African manager will get angry with you instead of doing something about it and the regional manager, Lucky Mkwa****, is yet to contact me after 3 days to resolve the issue is possibly a black African ****** too.

Yoco is USELESS.
2 weeks have passed and I still didn't get my payout after transactions were approved. Payment date keeps changing and app shows monies due to me is being processed. WhatsApp consultant said Yoco had system issues and I will be paid out in 48 hrs. How the hell Yoco expects small business to survive with cash flow problems due to their incompetence is beyond me. Truly an AFRICAN payment system this. No empathy, no customer service...just 100% bullsh*t. To hell with Yoco. I'm taking my business elsewhere even if I have to pay 10 times the fees.
