I had purchased 4 tickets for my family for the 20th of April 2025 To our amazement we got there very early at 10:00 and found the gates closed, NO ONE IN SIGHT, THEIR TELEPHONES NOT WORKING. We got communication the following day saying THE DAY WAS CLOSED AND NO FURTHER REASON WAS PROVIDED. And now the webticket website says the tickets have expired. R500 rand in these economic times might not be much to some people like the owners but the normal public is feeling the brunt. Imagine the disappointment in my children's faces, and unconsolable. I WANT MY REFUND.
You guys have been clearly lying to everyone for an issue that started on Thursday. There hasn't been not internet for the whole weekend and you lie about calling people on their phones. I've literally had my phone in my hand the whole weekend hoping an agent would call. Please attend to my issue ASAP, I have not had service since Thursday afternoon
I’m disappointed in Home connect. I’ve logged in a query. Logged in a query via whatsapp. IM TIRED OF THIS SERVICE PROVIDER NOW. My service has been down for 3 whole hours and bone of their support staff has bothered to make contact. It’s a public holiday tomorrow and Im bracing for a day without service. Some of us work during holidays. Sort this out.
I've been logging in reports of slow speeds and one of your technical support guys said they would call me at 17:00 still waiting. I cannot work, my kids cannot do their homework. Please sort out this on an off connection. My work downloads and uploads keep crashing
I’m about done with home connects slow speeds. I’m paying too much for a 50/50 line at R1058 for such an unreliable line. This is the last month with Home-connect. I can’t even work and my kids can’t do homework
Just wanted to find out how many tickets should I have to submit before getting assistance. Every evening My internet is buffering. I’m getting 5mbs on a 50/50 line. How many apps should I download to check coverage? How many wifi extenders should I purchase. Even direct lan connections suck. My equipment, tv, cellphone is always buffering. Im stuck with a buffering tv as we speak.
For three years I've been battling the City of Johannesburg to come and rectify meter numbers in the estate Im staying in. This culminated in them COJ coming inside the estate to disconnect my water supply. In doing so, the contractor sent to disconnect my water supply was actually sent to disconnect my neighbour who is in massive arrears. <br> <br> what has happened is they actually fixed the meters and recalculated water consumption<br> dating back to 2011 and found out that a wrong meter was disconnected and asked that I pay a reconnection fee since the water will not be reconnected. I paid half of the balance outstanding since I did owe on my account but had already had an arrangement with the creditors of which I never defaulted. I paid R4500 of the R9400 that I was outstanding to get the water reconnected. An arrangement was done on 18/01/2016 to send the water for reconnection but since then I have heard nothing from them. I've tried the regional walk in centres/call centres but no help is forthcoming. Even the creditors are not aware of any disconnection instead the creditors have no record on their side that my account was due for disconnection.<br> <br> MIDRAND COJ keeps shifting the blame.
