Honestly, 1 is being to kind for this company. It's very unfortunate that such a big company with such a big name, can literally give such horrible service. For 3 days now, I have been making calls to find out when SHE bins will be installed on a site I am working on, but till today I am the one who has to follow up because clearly they can only do 1 thing at a time.... The service is absolutely atrocious , On my other site, they didn't collect SHE bins for 2 weeks and they call themselves a hygiene company. pretty pathetic...I could go on, about the service I have receive this past 2 weeks, but I am just exhausted from dealing with them...

I trust you are well. I am emailing to report a very disappointing encounter with the Poetry store in Pavillion mall. I walked into the shop on the 8th of Nov and saw and loved the Antonella dress. They had a medium which I tried on but it was slightly big and we realised the small would be a better fit. They didn't have small , and was happy to buy medium size and have it altered to my size, but the lady who was helping me (Andile) stopped from doing that, and she called around until she found small in Menlyn ,ok great, I was asked to pay a R60 courier fee, which I did and I walked out happy and excited. A week went by , I hadn't received a call to say, the dress has arrived,I went into the store to check and Pearl went to the back and looked there was nothing there. And when I asked does it normally take so long, I was told it's because the dress was coming from a different region.. ( I could've ordered from China and the goods would've arrived by then). Anyway I left the shop being assured that they hadn't forgotten to arrange for the dress to be couriered , so I still waited. I went back in last week, no dress. Yesterday I went there and I asked them to check again with the Menlyn store. Ok someone went in to check and no dress had arrived, and I was told they would refund me my courier fee. I must say, I am extremely disappointed and totally angry that, I was stopped from buying the dress in medium, and now I am unable to get the dress AT ALL....I am totally annoyed.... And I received no explanation as to what really happened. I just think someone was negligent and didn't even arrange for the courier or someone didn't send the dress. The whole experience really left a bitter taste in my mouth regarding poetry....I find myself unable to even look at anything else online on the Poetry website.

I bought Chopping Board & Measuring Cup Set and Measuring Cup Scale - Sml on the 4th Feb 2016, from Grabit online. I paid in full, for both items, delivery happened on Monday the 8th of Feb, however, it was only for the measuring cup set. I have sent emails to Grabit, at [Email Removed] since Monday morning just after they delivered the one item. no-one has responded to me , to explain if there is a possible delay. I want my refund, or delivery asap, then I can cut my losses. <br> Worst ever service,
