Disgusting, I took out an upgrade on 3rd April 2024 received the phone & the quote after the phone arrived. The quote was changed & I ended up paying R41 a month more. I have spoken to many agents & senior managers who keep telling different stories & now the latest is it is the VAT. I am a pensioner about to turn 65 & have to watch money. All I want is for Vodacom to honour the contract as told to me. They won't give me the tape of the call saying I must go into a Vodacom store to listen to the call why!!!!!!. I have been with Vodacom for 20 years never had a problem till now I can cancel the contract but would loose my number. Really am so disappointed with Vodacom & feel like I have been conned.
I just upgraded my contract & the new contract was offered to me @ R779pm. When the contract came all of a sudden it was now R820 pm. I called about this & was given the runaround being passed from one department to the next. They basically are not honouring the agreement & being a pensioner I work on a budget.
Lets fix it came to fix my fridge I got a guarantee but the fridge was freezing on the top section but not on the fridge so I called them back. They said it was internal & not fixable so would refund me R580 but not the call out. I keep calling them & have sms'ed & emailed them but no response. Bad customer care & am now really tired of this poor service.
