My complaints are exactly the same as all the other customers scammed. I also paid R30 000 in 4 installments. I have submitted all the documents for my skills assessment. Each time I inquired about the hold-up, there were all these ridiculous excuses. From the IELTS test results or additional documents requested. Every 5 to 6 weeks I was dealing with another consultant and had to explain my case all over again. The names Duncan, Ricky, , Nikita Dunn, Wesley January, Radney, Claire. Since November 2015 I can't get hold of them. No e-mail response, no phone service, my case profile seems to be closed because I don't have access to it anymore. Their IT server is definitely down because this is the message I receive on email returns. <br> <br> I've filed all my correspondence and have all the proof. How the hell are we going to track these guys to get our money back? If anyone had success so far please contact me 021 9380671.
