I want my money back!!!
My complaints are exactly the same as all the other customers scammed. I also paid R30 000 in 4 installments. I have submitted all the documents for my skills assessment. Each time I inquired about the hold-up, there were all these ridiculous excuses. From the IELTS test results or additional documents requested. Every 5 to 6 weeks I was dealing with another consultant and had to explain my case all over again. The names Duncan, Ricky, , Nikita Dunn, Wesley January, Radney, Claire. Since November 2015 I can't get hold of them. No e-mail response, no phone service, my case profile seems to be closed because I don't have access to it anymore. Their IT server is definitely down because this is the message I receive on email returns. <br> <br> I've filed all my correspondence and have all the proof. How the hell are we going to track these guys to get our money back? If anyone had success so far please contact me 021 9380671.

I have been scammed to put it in the simplest form. I paid R30 000 in 4 instalments and was promised the world. The company has now disappeared of the face of the earth. I would appreciate any assistance in recourse. I am not even too angry over the money as my heart was set on the move to Canada, so if you are out there Brighter Visa/GlobalVisa/IXP or whatever your name is now, all I want is the process complete and me in Canada, ie. services promised.

This company is not contactable, physical address is incorrect all lines are not being answered, company in the process of being deregistered. Have lost money and time with my Canadian application. Am taking legal action and opening a criminal case - anyone interested mail me [Email Removed]
