Am an existing Vodacom customer for 17 years and currently have 5 Vodacom contracts in my name. Called Vodacom on December 1 to order online 2 Samsung phones as Christmas gifts as well as the iPad mini 4 that was advertised. Was assured that there is stock and that the order will be processed in that week. My drama started in the week that followed. Firstly was told there is no stock of the iPad as the stock sheets that the sales department used were a day old. Then was assured that all will be in place and would get the devices before I left jhb for Durban on 11 December. Nothing happened by the 11 as the iPad was still unavailable. Then I enquired if the phones could be delivered but was told the entire order has to be cancelled and a new order placed for the phones. Every time I call have to call bout 6 different numbers and different call centers. I even tried to cancel the order and tried to go into a Vodacom shop to get the phones. could not resolve as the shop says system is blocking me taking out contracts. Have been told that I need to speak to the same person that did my order on December 1 to resolve. Cannot comprehend that am unable to even cancel an order. help help
This company is not contactable, physical address is incorrect all lines are not being answered, company in the process of being deregistered. Have lost money and time with my Canadian application. Am taking legal action and opening a criminal case - anyone interested mail me [Email Removed]
