They are the most incompetent bunch of agents. Failure to disclose fees. I have attempts to resolve the matter with the agency in the beginning of my lease. They refused to rectify the problem on there side. Now wanting to leave I want the matter to be resolved but thy refuse to get back to me. They are unethical, rude, unprofessional, incompetent agents
My February debit order did not go through. I phoned and asked if I may pay the money directly into their bank account, which they didn't' allow. I had to wait 15 days for the second debit order to go through. I then completely forgot to transfer enough back to my cheque account so the debit order did not go through. So when i realised that morning i phoned Discovery to request if there was a way for correct the payment,they said that it will reflect in two day that the account in in arrears, I contacted discovery again, spoke took to Sharon La roux, she said that she will put a request to force debit my account, she changed my banking details as I did not want my policy to be cancelled nor any changes to my policy, I felt relieved, then the next day I get an sms saying my policy has been can cancelled, I phoned Sharon and she said dont worry I am going to put u through to get your policy reinstated, once completing all my information again the premium was over R600. I was extremely unhappy because that was not what Sharon promised, Orbry Pieterse said he would call me before 4, 30, which he failed to do, I contacted discovery twice again trying to get assistance with no luck
