I was called by a representative from Direct Rewards on about the 1st of Dec. 2015 who was selling a LifeStyle Rewards from Direct Rewards wherein the following was confirmed amongst the benefits:<br> <br> - A discount up to 30% on car hire from Firstcarental<br> - R50 Airtime & 25 sms's from Cell C<br> <br> Now I am sitting with three car rentals which they don't want and refuse to honour even a single car rental with a discount. I have made them aware that I am unhappy with the service and that I'd like to escalate my complaint to the Ombudsman for a recourse, but they are duck and diving with the details as from 19 Jan. 2016.<br> <br> On top of the above complaint, my Cell C benefits have been deactivated WEF: 19.02.2016 without me knowing. The monthly premium of R89.00 was agreed on for this policy but they are debiting R102.50.<br> <br> I like to warn everyone about dishonest of serevice consultants, team leaders, managers and directors of Direct Rewards before they become victims like myself:-(
