Since November 2015 I have been trying to get feedback regarding a specific EVOX product that I wanted to purchase, and despite having called their offices directly ( at least 5 times ) as well as sent multiple mails ( each one receiving an automated reply that one of their staff would be in touch with me SHORTLY ) all with the same result.....absolutely NOTHING!<br> <br> The bottom line is that if this is the level of professionalism that we can expect from the EVOX brand, I will encourage others to rather make use of the USN / MuscleTech / Optimum Nutrition etc brands as they are clearly more hungry for the business as well as far more competent at maintaining their levels of customer service.<br> <br> Regards,<br> Carl<br> <br> <br> <br>
