scammed got my money back

Something wrong with Evox 100% advance whey protein
Been buying the 100% advancedwhey protein for years but this time there is something wrong! It’s very granulated and doesn’t really mix with water! Bad quality ! Cannot get a hold of evox… the number provided on the website/products does not work and have no heard back from them for weeks after sending a message online as as there has been no response via email either.

Something wrong with Evox 100% advance whey protein
Been buying the 100% advancedwhey protein for years but this time there is something wrong! It’s very granulated and doesn’t really mix with water! Bad quality ! Cannot get a hold of evox… the number provided on the website/products does not work and have no heard back from them for weeks after sending a message online as as there has been no response via email either.

This product is DANGEROUS!!!
I recently purchased one of your products (EVOX - Alpha Thermo Shred Powder)and had the worse experience ever! I took one scoop and mixed it with 200 ml of water as the directions suggested. After consuming the mix, I went to put on my shoes since I was on my way to gym. After about 40 seconds I started feeling hot...my skin started burning and turned red along with my eyes, which felt like they were about to explode out of their sockets. Something was very wrong since I had to stand in an ice cold shower for about 20 minutes, before my body started cooling down and eyes turned to normal colour and stopped swelling. I normally use pre-workout which had NEVER effected me like this product. Now my question to you is: How can this product be on the shelf if it is clearly not safe to use? What would happen if one takes this before training, on the way to the gym or in a vehicle? Was this a bad batch that I bought? I would like to know if this product is safe and why this happened to me? I tried sending you a personal mail but NO CUSTOMER SERVICE was provided what so ever!

Horrific Product and Service
If I could give a zero I seriously would. We bought one of their products and there must be something extremely wrong with it as both my significant other and I had adverse effects from it. I contacted them via Facebook, Email, Website enquiries, and Twitter. My Facebook messages were seen and not responded to. I want answers and certainly a refund for this nonsense.

Evox is rubbish
<p>Bought 2 5xl containers of muscle meal one seal underneath the lid was already open when I took the lid off, the pre workout I had bought had the same issue the seal seemed as though it was water damaged and was open as well I have tried contacting Evox on the number listed on the container packages and tried the 0800 number listed, but none of these numbers work. </p> <p>I dint believe in Evox or any of there products any longer I have sent these guys numerous emails requesting assistance in resolving the issue as I don't know what's to be expected using these products in the found condition. </p> <p>Nobody from Evox has made any attempt to contact me, I would not advise anyone to purchase there products they clearly have a quality control issue and regarding expiry dates there are none these products are not supposed to be open until you are ready to use them so how long have they been on there shelf for in that condition.</p> <p>Evox is a fraud if there numbers don't work not so sure there products will either</p>

Zero level of customer engagement
Since November 2015 I have been trying to get feedback regarding a specific EVOX product that I wanted to purchase, and despite having called their offices directly ( at least 5 times ) as well as sent multiple mails ( each one receiving an automated reply that one of their staff would be in touch with me SHORTLY ) all with the same result.....absolutely NOTHING!<br> <br> The bottom line is that if this is the level of professionalism that we can expect from the EVOX brand, I will encourage others to rather make use of the USN / MuscleTech / Optimum Nutrition etc brands as they are clearly more hungry for the business as well as far more competent at maintaining their levels of customer service.<br> <br> Regards,<br> Carl<br> <br> <br> <br>
