Siya Mhlongo (0798303135), On the 27th of October at Mall of Africa MacDonalds at 8:10 - I placed an order (order 192) where I ordered a Mac feast + share bag this was a takeaway order, only to find when I got home the staff did not pack the Mac feast. I tried calling at night with no one answering the phone and the morning staff on the 28th answering the call and telling me there is nothing they can do as they do not work nights, this is not great service guys and at least do not make us wait in line for almost an hour only to ***** then what’s the point of supporting you, please do the right thing.
Good Day, Siya Mhlongo (0798303135) on the 07th of September I went to the New Road branch - I want through the drive though (transaction number: 353297). Firstly they said the burgers are out - midday lunch no burgers any burgers, I then proceeded to order strips but when I got to the final window I was told the strips are not available and will take 5 minutes to prepare - mind you I had already paid at this point and had no choice but to go and drive to the parking lot and wait. After 30 minutes I just figured they forgot about me and went in the store, the staff were so relaxed and didn't actually care that I had wasted my time to wait there and after another 10 minutes only then was my order ready. This is pathetic guys not only to not have food available during a peak re but also just waste our time and not care, you guys need to do better
Horrible service - my name is Siyabonga Mhlongo (0622822197) - i have placed 3 orders for different items - Order No. 18231968, Order No. 18231630 & Order No. 17714011. All these orders were paid for but to my surprise i keep getting messages that items are being cancelled with cash returned to be processed in says to come - whats the point of buying on this app if orders will just be rejected or cancelled and yet when i go on the app some of the cancelled items show on the app. this is horrible service and i will not be using this app again as its a waste of time and effort

On the 24th of June, I went to the Clicks Pharmacy in Blue Hills where I feel like the dispensary staff really are not trained well. Please help in fixing their attitude towards customer service. Firstly, there was only 1 till working - with 4 guys (Ndumiso, 2 guys and a lady) behind the counter no-one explained to us why only 1 till was working. Secondly, I had a prescription in hand, but the guy said I must go to the self-medication till without clarifying why. Thirdly, I had a prescription with 4 items he told me all the meds are not available, I had to ask for generics – is that not his job to offer that – btw Ndumiso said all my meds are not available and all had no generics (this was dubious). My point is – if they do not want to hep people maybe then go pack shelves and not interact with us – we go there to get hep for our sick kids and really are in no mood to nurse their feelings or admire their color matching spectacles. Fix your attitude guys, your attitude is not inline with Clicks values and when we are at the dispensary dealing with sicks kids we are not in the mood for incompetence Siyabonga Mhlongo (0622822197 - siyabonga.mhlongo@philips.com).

On the 7th of June - i went in the Sandridge Shop with my son to get a pizza, even though the pizza was delayed the staff were supper friendly and professional in explaining what's going on and assuring me what was being done to fix the issue. I really appreciate how friendly and professional the staff was and how they ensured they were aware of the inconvenience the delay in my order was causing. Keep us the good work guys
What a waste of time - Siya here (0622822197) on today i went to the Lever road MacDonald's Restaurant # 1970344 at 2pm - we had to wait for about 40 minutes before our order was processed - none came to tell us what the issue was, even when i asked why we had to wait that long they couldn't give us an answer. You can hear the staff over the intercom s laughing and having a great time inside with no regard of paying customers waiting in line being blocked in by other cars - literally being stuck there waiting for an order we paid for - do better guys please atleast send a staff member outside to tell us "hey guys we are having this issue - you can either wait or leave to another macdonalds to buy"please man this is pathetic
Great service at the Sunninghill branch and great feedback - just picked up my car after numerous issues issues and going from pillar to post to get it sorted. Really appreciate the professionalism from Stefan and keeping me updated with all the work that went into the car - the car was there for almost 2 weeks and i felt that it was being treated with the upmost care and appreciate the work done on it
I would like to just take time to appreciate the great staff that the Webuycars have - more particularly Mr. Malcom Poole (Customer Care Agent) & Frans Aphane (Sales Agent). Bought a 2015 Dodge Journey in January and had issues with the check engine light coming on, the gentlemen have been nothing but helpful in not only trying to get this sorted with the repair agent - BT repairs & maintenance. I honestly have had such an awesome experience with Malcom and Frans not only making sure they are keeping the repair mechanic in line, but going out of their way to make sure I know what's happening - both Malcom and Frans have called me over the weekend to check how everything was going and that i am still assured that the car will be fixed. Thank you again for living the values and ensuring that at all times I was assured that I was being given the best possible support.
On the 21st of January 2022 - I bought a used Dodge Journey using finance option from Webuycars Germiston. Initially the car had a check engine light flagged as part of the Dekra report I asked the sales agent assisting me (Frans Aphane) if this will be sorted and he said all Dekra highlighted issues will be cleared as part of the Finance process. Upon receiving the car on the 21st of Jan 2022, the check engine light was off. Less than 3 weeks of owning the car on the 4th of February the check engine light returned - I then called the Innovation Group, with whom I took the compulsory Warranty with and they said i should take the car for a diagnostic at the local dealership. The dealership found that the Oil cooler with the sensor and gaskets are faulty and this will result in an almost R10 000 repair cost - meaning that the check engine light was just cleared and the faults not fixed. Innovation group do not cover this work nor do they cover the cost of the diagnostic (R850). I am now looking at a heavy cost from something that was a) flagged in the Dekra report and never cleared and b) something I was assured was fixed before taking the delivery of the vehicle. This is really not ideal and very disappointing as I had a very positive experience with Arista and Frans and for it to be undone by such issues is disappointing.
