I wish that there was an option with "no stars" that I can select to describe my disappointment in this company! I was forced by my bank to use Bettersure for home structure insurance when we purchased our home in June 2023. I put in a claim on 26 Feb 2024 and the only communication I received was the message saying that the service provider will come an asses the fault. Today is the 22 March 2024 and I have STILL have not received any comms regarding this matter. I escalated 3/4 times now by calling them myself, I sent numerous mails regarding this matter and the answer remains the same - They are waiting on the supplier for the correct report. One of the agents were really helpful and he tried to assist as best as he can, but I understand that he does not have the authority to get this matter resolved and approve the claim. My pool went from blue to grass-green and is going to cost me even more to get it sorted...just because of the bad service from Bettersure. I am not pleased with them and would never recommend them to any one. All the efforts, time and money waisted on them makes my blood boil! Well done you guys...you just proved to me why I should not have gone with you in the first place! You are the worse....
Where to begin! I contacted them Dec 2021 for two holes in my pool (which they are the suppliers of and was installed in May 2021) so that they can come and fix it asap before it gets ****se. People never got back to me untill I rated them on Hello Peter in April. After that, a lady contacted me to set up a date for people to come out and assess the holes…now they keep on rescheduling a team to come and fix it as they don’t have enough people on hand. This is shocking and so unprofessional…I don’t know how they keep their doors open with this bad services that they are not providing?
I have asked on the 30 Nov 2021 tht someone come and attend to two holes in my pool, that had been install in June 2021. I was told in Dec that they will schedule someone to come out and get it fixed on 10 Jan 2022…no one contacted me as they were back-logged on pool repairs. Today is the 12 April and still komone contacted me or attemped to come out and fix my pool! They person I mailed keeps on telling me that she does not have an update on availability…This is unacceptable and unprofessional! Whose service for something that cost so much…I would NEVER recommend them at all!
I recently purchased one of your products (EVOX - Alpha Thermo Shred Powder)and had the worse experience ever! I took one scoop and mixed it with 200 ml of water as the directions suggested. After consuming the mix, I went to put on my shoes since I was on my way to gym. After about 40 seconds I started feeling hot...my skin started burning and turned red along with my eyes, which felt like they were about to explode out of their sockets. Something was very wrong since I had to stand in an ice cold shower for about 20 minutes, before my body started cooling down and eyes turned to normal colour and stopped swelling. I normally use pre-workout which had NEVER effected me like this product. Now my question to you is: How can this product be on the shelf if it is clearly not safe to use? What would happen if one takes this before training, on the way to the gym or in a vehicle? Was this a bad batch that I bought? I would like to know if this product is safe and why this happened to me? I tried sending you a personal mail but NO CUSTOMER SERVICE was provided what so ever!
Good day, Today we were delayed with almost 3 hours, then they put us in a bus for 30min without any driver and after finally driving through to the plane, we had to stand outside for 10 minutes before entering the aircraft. No explanations, no excuses and when people started filming the whole ordeal the staff strated shouting at the people taking the videos and photos. Flight :JE147 to Cape Town This is poor service and so so unprofessional! Unacceptable and completely inappropriate! Mango, you just lost another customer... So so sad!
Hi, How is this possibel that the first flight of the morning is delayed? I travel alot and fly around often and whenever I fly Khulula there is either a delay, overbooking or some issue with the flight inbound. In my industry time is really importand and to fly out to Durban or Jhb for a day is crucial for the flight to be on time. Customers dont want to hear why you are late or what happended to you...they dont care! So please explain to me why all the issues in general? Non of the other airlines have these issues and I never get delayed or overbooked on them...ONLY AT KHULULA!!! Regards, Adriaan du Plessis
<p>I recently purchased a new pair of Oakley sunglasses at the Sunglass Hut, inside Edgars Cape Gate mall. The people at this branch were great, friendly and very helpfull. Unfortunately I discovered on my way home that the Oakley glasses had a chip on the frame, so we decided to take it back the next day because of the traffic. </p> <p>They took it back no questions asked and submitted my refund to head office. The refund should have taken 10 working days, but nothing happened.</p> <p>It is now 4 weeks later and still no refund has been made to my account. I went back 3 weeks after the purchase to find out where the process are at with my refund, only to find out that my call has never been added to their system and nothing has been logged with regards to my refund. </p> <p>It just so happened that I needed that money over Christams time and I still don't know what's going on. The manager of the branch in Edgars Sunglass Hut phoned me only to say that they did not get hold of the person at head office to finalise my refund and log my call. I am really upset with the poor service from Sunglass Hut head office, since they made my holidays really difficult and unpleasant! </p>
