I wish there was an option to rate them a zero. This is theeee worst service provider I have ever experienced. Staff are rude they don’t care about theirs clients their turnaround time are bad. I just hate that I cannot do anything about this because I live in a property they manage. I regret buying property at Stonewood Estate
I have been calling this company for over three weeks now. The service I have been is ridiculous. <br> <br> My account was overdue and thus suspended, I was told to pay a partial amount of R291 of which I paid. I call this company again to find out what the hold up in opening my line again the call center agent tells me no you were advised wrongly I was supposed to pay R501, this time it is close to month end. I then waited for the debit order to go off which it DID ON SATURDAY 26 February, an amount of R1209 was debited from my account. I phoned telkom on thursday and spoke with a Channelle, who told me that my account will be lifted on tuesday because it takes 7 working days. Its been 7 working I called again to ask when my account will be unsuspended and spoke with a lungile, she tells me she can see that an amount was taken from account and she doesnt know why it has not been lifted. she tells me to wait another week, thats not happening. <br> <br> I spoke to a Khulekani again, who then told me I should pay R664, please explain to me how you were not able to tell me that before I phoned? <br> Im gonna pay this R664 amount, should my line not be open by tomorrow im cancelling my contract, Thanks
Can you please open my line, I made a partial payment payment as advised by your agents on wednesday and friday.
