Rent agent Cynthia Letlape. Very rude, unprofessional and direspectful. I sent 3 email in 2 consecutive days without a response. I call her demanding my property keys and she says she doesn't answer to me and will put the phone down so i talk alone
I went to Capitec ATM at Pretoria to withdraw money , I put in my card in the slot then punched the pin number as required, but unusual it required the account number just after the pin then I cancelled the transection but the card was not returning. As I waited for my card to return, in less than a minute I received a withdrawal SMS of R1400 followed by 7 purchases from different places which are over 1km away from each other, two of the places are about 5 to 6 km away. The banking statement characters are too long to fit in the textbox. The total money taken from my account is R2561, 84.<br> After 11 working days of investigation, Capitec called to tell that they will not be liable to refund my money because of the following reasons:<br> 1. It is my responsibility not to leave the ATM and call to stop the card. (I did but already some of the money was gone)<br> 2. I am responsible for setting my daily limit <br> 3. I am responsible for pin code confidentiality (only I knows the pin code)<br> They said if I am not satisfied with the feedback I can further my complain to Ombudsman. It feels like you don't take responsibility for your weak security and customer care but making more money.<br>
