WesBank have ignored my plea and continued to 'collect' despite me bringing this to their attention.
I made a payment the both of October 2015 with my credit card at Vodaworld head office on my contract line. I did not keep a receipt, since I paid for a vodacom line at vodaworld. A month latter, my contract was suspended for non payment. I argued that I had paid and was asked to bring a receipt, which I did not have so I sent them my bank statement. Non of the call centre people could not locate the payment and matter was referred to their Manager, Phillip Mashubuka. This gentleman would not come to the line to speak to me on several occasions. I have sent him 10 emails and he never seems to respond. One time I got hold of him he told me I was not allowed to call him directly without attending to my issue. The inconvenience caused by my line being blocked is unmeasurable as I use the line for business. <br> <br> Every month, I receive notices for collection and my contract is blocked for out-going calls. I have spoken to my bank to reverse this transaction but because it is after 60 days since the date of the transaction, I was advised that it is impossible to reverse. <br> <br> It seems the entire Vodacom Finance department cannot help me and I have to pay them again.<br>
