Please can someone contact me from trudon. I received a call from Telkom to confirm my details then suddenly i am billed for yellow pages. I never signed or agreed to this charge. I have repeated called and mailed to cancel / reverse this charge and now i am being handed over. This is a **** and i refuse to pay it. How do i stop them handing me over for this ****!!
I visited the Vodacom client service centre 12 Feb 2016 to transfer my contract from my business name to my personal name. I was told it would take 5 working days. It is now 26 Feb 2016. It has been 15 working days and i have not heard anything. I went back today to see what was going on, and they seem to have lost my application... and there was general confusion all around with NO answers from the supervisor, Alvina. The consultant, Quinton had logged my transfer, but the docs could not be found, nor had hey been processed. And the consultant could not be contacted.<br> <br> I was promised to be called with an answer, and this is yet to happen. The staff cannot give out phone numbers, so i cannot contact them to see what is going on???<br> <br> Is that not ironic..... A cellphone company who you cannot call.....???<br> <br> So i have no idea what to do next??? Go to another service provider perhaps?<br> <br> I am i urgent need of an upgrade as my phone is broken, so am willing to take the shortest route!!!
