Absolute **** artists, good looking website, facebook, etc. When you ask for doing payment or going to see their offices they start to get very jumpy and and all of a sudden their equipment is no longer available. Please proceed with extreme caution for your own safety
My account was in arrears this month(for the first time in over 4 years) so obviously me being unable to pay even after making arrangement would mean that my number gets soft blocked, no problem with that, only fair.<br> So I obviously need my number to be working so I set out to pay it and have my service re-established, sounds easy right? ... WRONG!<br> firstly none of the four Vodacom dealers I went to accept payments, phoning the call centre will NOT help as they cannot tell you which branches will accept a payment. A long story short, a day later and I was still not able to pay my account. I would later also find out that what was told to me by call centre \assistants\" was total rubbish. <br> Without fail, every person I spoke to at the call centre gave me different information. After completely losing it after this whole frustration, a call centre agent offered to re-connect me-what a LIE! That never happened. <br> Maybe If someone from Vodacom responds I could elaborate but for now it is my opinion that Vodacom's customer service is beyond terrible and I hope I never have to deal with them again! <br> <br> Totally glad I have cancelled my contract with them!"
