ROTTEN MEAT AT HOUT BAY BRANCH
I purchased R600 worth of chicken for a party I am hosting tonight and get home and the chicken which has an expiry date of 19/3/ and 21/3/2014 is putrid . It's gone off and is rotten . I return it to the store and am refunded with a perfunctory \sorry for the inconvenience sir I will speak to the supplier \"<br> This holds no water whatsoever because when the supplier delivered the chicken it was presumably checked before delivery was accepted by Pick and Pay Hout Bay and if it was rotten they would have refused receipt . In the intervening time since delivery they are responsible for refrigeration and quality control and that is where the chicken went off nowhere else . What about Pick and Pays much vaunted reputation for quality ? If I wanted to purchase rotten meat I would visit Shoprite . Who reimburses me for the inconvenience in terms of time and money to get into my car and proceed back to the shop to return goods they had no place offering for sale . So essentially it is just a case of \"oh yes we sell rotten meat ,here is your money back cheers \" Terrible terrible service .Obviously the normal vague response on here about informing senior management will be the response."

Ordered a mobility unit for my mum . They imported it and told me currency variations may affect the price.5 weeks later it arrived and the price was the same even though the rand tanked since then. delivered on time no issues thanks natasha for the constant updates

THIEVES AND LIARS
If anyone can learn anything from this saga it is that you must absolutely never trust these guys with your car . Prior to their move to the new premises I sent my E30 325i for the following repairs:<br> 1)repair accelerator cable<br> 2)repair handbrake cable<br> 3)repair passenger window mechanism<br> 4)petrol tank leak repair<br> 5)smooth idling<br> <br> Not exactly a difficult job so having dropped the car in November 2013 I thought only go check in February 2014 since its there peak time . Come Feb we are told the car is not ready and so it proceeds till 2015 when I put down my foot and say but now I want the car . Then i am told that during the move to new premises:<br> 1)The mags and tyres were stolen<br> 2)engine wiring was cut <br> They promise to repair the damage and will get back to me by April 2015 <br> Guess what despite many calls and visits they have never returned a call or delivered on their promises so I am making a case of theft by false pretences today and suing them .Stay away guys these are thieves
