Poor Service
Last year September 2022 I took my car to them for brake system. They had confirmed that I need to replace ABS Pump. They had charged me R7 500.00 for the unit, that is excluding labour. My insurance had assisted me with R3 000.00 for this part. They ABS Pump failed this year in March 2023. When I check my invoice, it showed that a new part has warrant of 1 year or 20 000 kilometers. And then it also says a secondhand part warrant depends on the supplier. I took my car back to them, they told me that the part they had fitted was a secondhand and it had 3 months warranty. I was never informed of when they worked on my car in September and it doesn't state on the invoice. They had queried with their supplier of which their supplier declined the claim. Zee Max Auto advised me that they are going to fit another unit but it won't have any warranty on it. They had fitted the part, according to them, 03 April 2023. The unit they had fitted failed while they were still busy testing the car. The had kept car for 3 weeks and the car still has the same issue. I took the car to another dealer after they gave it back to me. The dealer had confirm that unit is "messed up" ZeeMax never informed that they were fitting a secondhand unit and they never informed about the warrant of the unit. They only told me when I was taking the car back to them.

Poor Service

Zeemax Auto gives excellent service
I appreciate this company and the level of professionalism. The front office staff are welcoming. My vehicle was taken in for a service. A part had to be ordered from Germany. I was informed that there would be a delay; but that they would also try and request this part on the local dealers and if this was successful, I would be informed. I was then called and notified that the part was located at a local dealer. The service was prompt and efficiently completed. Thank you Zeemax

Zeemax Auto gives excellent service

THIEVES AND LIARS
If anyone can learn anything from this saga it is that you must absolutely never trust these guys with your car . Prior to their move to the new premises I sent my E30 325i for the following repairs:<br> 1)repair accelerator cable<br> 2)repair handbrake cable<br> 3)repair passenger window mechanism<br> 4)petrol tank leak repair<br> 5)smooth idling<br> <br> Not exactly a difficult job so having dropped the car in November 2013 I thought only go check in February 2014 since its there peak time . Come Feb we are told the car is not ready and so it proceeds till 2015 when I put down my foot and say but now I want the car . Then i am told that during the move to new premises:<br> 1)The mags and tyres were stolen<br> 2)engine wiring was cut <br> They promise to repair the damage and will get back to me by April 2015 <br> Guess what despite many calls and visits they have never returned a call or delivered on their promises so I am making a case of theft by false pretences today and suing them .Stay away guys these are thieves

Unprofessional Staff and very slow service
The staff are very unprofessional. Took my car in for a mechanical repair and they took over a week for authorisation from my warranty policy company. When I phoned the warranty company they explained the delay is due to Zee Max not sending in necessary documents they requested. After I informed Zee max, they sent the docs and authorization was given the next day. Upon authorization they said my car will be done in 2 - 3 days (which is way longer than average for the nature of the repair). I said that it's fine. On day 3 I called them again and they said that the car is done - just needs a wash it they will call when it is done. After getting no feedback by 3:15pm, I called once again. Then I get told they haven't done the road test on the car yet, I must come collect tomorrow, it will definitely be done tomorrow. What pathetic service. I told them it's not acceptable and they then told me they will get the road test done and I can fetch it before closing time. <br> They take on too many cars at once, instead of telling you they fully booked already (out of greed) &
