I have been emailing them since December 2020, as I would like to have a pool installed. It's now almost March 2021 and still they haven't come to do the site visit. I have sent over 15 emails to them requesting they come do the site visit so that we can proceed with the job. I called many times and no answer to the telephone number. They eventually replied last week to say they will do a site visit Friday 19 Feb 2021, on Friday I heard nothing from them. I made contact and nobody replied to my emails or answered the phone once again. I have never met these people, yet they refuse to reply to emails or do business with me. I have no choice but to look elsewhere. Never received such bad service in my life, they obviously don't need the business.
I placed an order for 4 pillows. I bought 2x packs, consisting of 2 pillows per pack, which comes to 4 pillows. I bought and paid for 4 pillows but yet 2 single pillows were delivered. When I opened the box only 2 pillows were in the box with absolutely no labeling or packing on them. I emailed and called customer service with no help at all, all they said they will do is investigate the matter but no feedback received or contact received from them at all. I am still waiting on a refund or the other 2 pillows.
<p>I order some blinds on Saturday 8 October and was told it takes 7 -10 working days to receive it from the factory. I paid the full amount via EFT on the 11th Oct as the do not take cards on the premises. On the 11th they emailed to say I need to pick a different colour as the one I wanted wasn't in stock and I changed the order that same day. 10 working days (from the 11th) later I contacted them and they said factory is delayed, it should come the next day. The next day I called again and same story repeatdly until 27th October, I called again and now they say the delay is because it took them 3 days to get feedback from the factory that they dont have my order colour and then had to change the order, hence its out of the 10 working days. I then told Nazeem what rubbish that is, and I have the email sent to me on the 11th saying the dont have the colour, and now he LIES to say he only found that out 3 days later. Really pathetic service, they obviously did not place my order on time or put it low on their priority list, and then tried to LIE to me saying the colour was the delay. Disgusting and i will never use such a dishonest company again nor recommend them to anyone. 3 weeks later, and I am still waiting for an order I paid in full for.</p>
<p>I have recently had my car key and papers collected for Miway by UTI couriers (who are part of DSV). Miway initiated the collection on Wednesday 24 August and key was collected 9 days later. It would of been faster and cheaper to have sent in via the post office using normal post. I have used many reputable courier companies in the past and am shocked at this pathetic service. I did not know a company with such poor service delivery existed in SA. This service is beyond pathetic. Original collection driver man called me Thursday 25 Aug to arrange collection. Never heard from UTI again. Called Miway repeatedly to solve the issue. Miway obviously also didnt know what the problem was. Eventually Miway had to put through the request again. UTI did not respond to many emails from Miway. Eventually after me repeatedly calling miway and eventually getting UTI’s contact details, they arranged for collection 9 days later. When driver eventually showed up (same guy who called me 8 days ago), he says he told the company to rather collect at my work as we agreed, but it's different suburb hence not his collection route but he doesnt know why nobody followed up on that. the collection was just completely swept under the rug. and now my insurance claim is also delayed by 9 days thanks to UTI and incompetant staff.</p>
I ORDERED PROMOTIONAL CALENDERS FOR 2015 IN JAN 2015. AS IT WAS ALREADY LATE THEY PROMISED I WOULD GET THE ORDER 2-3 WEEKS BY BEGINNING OF FEB LATEST. I RECEIVED NOTHING ENTIRE FEB AND TOLD AISHA I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER DUE TO POOR SERVICE DELIVERY AND CALENDARS ARE USELESS AS ITS MARCH. THEY THEN STILL SENT ME THE CALENDERS 12 MARCH WITH INVOICE. I THEN EMAIL REPEATEDLY ASKING HOW MUCH I MUST PAY AS IT'S SO LATE- WHAT IS THE DISCOUNT THEY SPOKE OF?I GOT NO RESPONSE SO LEFT IT. MONTHS LATER THEY CALL AGAIN ASKING FOR PAYMENT SAYING THEY TOLD ME OF THE 5% DISCOUNT. I HAVE PROOF OF ALL EMAILS I SENT AND HAVE NO RESPONSES FROM THEM YET THE ACCOUNT LADY SUMAYA IS RUDE AND INSULTING ACCUSING ME OF ALL SORTS OF THINGS.IF THEY SENT THE UPDATED INVOICE THEN I WOULD OF PAID THEN - BUT THEY DIDN'T NOW SHE INSULTS AND ACCUSES ME OF LYING, LIKE I DIDN'T WANT TO PAY, YET I ACTUALLY CANCELLED THE ORDER THAT WHY I THOUGHT THEY DIDN'T SEND THE INVOICE. I PAID THEM THE FULL INVOICE AMOUNT JUST TO GET RID OF THE HARASSMENT BUT WOULD LIKE TO TELL PEOPLE NOT TO MAKE USE OF THEM, THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL THERE ARE MUCH BETTER COMPANIES TO USE WITH BETTER QUALITY AND PRICES.
I found crystelle on gumtree and ordered a spiderman costume from the picture of her work on her website. <br> The item was advertised on gumtree with a mask for R180. I paid R190 as I wanted a long sleeve top.<br> When I got the costume there was no mask included. The costume looked nothing like the picture. It was just a red long sleeve top and red pants poorly made of very cheap fabric with a spider glued to the front of the top. It was very ugly, very baggy and poorly stitched. It had no detailing like in the picture and when my son wore it the first day the spider started peeling off the front and the stitching started coming loose at the seems. I am disgusted that some could sell such a poor quality and ugly outfit and sell it as a spiderman costume.<br> She refunded me in full for the costume, but left me with little time to find another costume.<br> I WOULD LIKE TO WARN PEOPLE NOT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ORDERING FROM HER.<br> I also ordered a few superhero capes from her, also poor quality and nothing like the pictures. The band which goes around the neck is not sewn, it's just a piece of cut fabric and is hideous. I can't believe she would make and sell such ugly poor quality items
First and last time I will shopped at [URL Removed] I purchased items from [URL Removed] on the 14th of Dec 2015. A week later, I still have not received my order although the website states 2-4 day delivery and it's now 5 working days later. I normally shop online (at other online stores) and have never experienced such bad service before, normally items are always delivered in the stipulated time and it's normally easy to get through to customer care if needed to do so. <br> <br> When I contact the call centre telephone line, I get put on hold and never get through to a consultant. I emailed the customer care line as well, and received no response. I wish I checked hello peter before ordering, as I would of realised not to do so!
Standard bank advertising that you can purchase electricity using the cellphone or Internet banking. For the past 2 weeks I have not been able to buy electricity using any standard bank application. I have contacted the bank who said they are aware of the issue and are busy resolving it with the city of Cape Town. 3rd week now and still it doesn't work. Such as inconvenience as I can only purchase electricity using cash in store. So must first go to an ATM then to a shop whereas with all competitor banks you simply purchase electricity on your phone or PC without leaving the house. Really pathetic service I don't know why I haven't changed banks by now as they always offer inferior services to other banks in SA.
I emailed a customer complaint due to the fact that something i purchased at the Plumstead branch was past its expiry date. Within a few hours the regional manager of Checkers calls to apologize and tells me to bring it for a refund. I then explained it's out of my way and probably wont bother to do so as the items cost R20. He then calls back to tell me the store manager of the Plumstead branch will deliver something to my house as a replacement. The store manager Ahmed, delivered a fruit basket, including sweet treats as well as a replacement item. What amazing service :-)<br>
Always get bad service at this branch. They will give u the wrong order or let u wait ridiculous times always. This branch is always the dirtiest of all I have ever seen. Today the teller range up closed the till and didn't even give my change. Then just walked off. 10 minutes later when I tell her she says I must now wait on the next transaction before she can fix change. Another 10 minutes, no change. At which time I demanded she get the manager because how long can she expect me to wait for a R4 change? The staff cannot think for themselves. It's really pathetic how incompetent the staff are.
