Vanee Balli Take my number of your call list or expect a court order for harassment under the POPI act. I did not give consent for you to use my number for spam calling. You are going to far with calling from different numbers harassing people.

Get back to me and resolve or loose a customer.
This is the second time I create a hellopeter complaint. My previous complaint from 2 weeks ago is still not attended to. Even after numerous post and contacts on facebook, old mutual refuses to get back to me. If I dont hear anything by tonight I am cancelling my policies AND have my debitorder reversed. Your customer service is appaling. Even if someone complains about your service you contact the customer to make it right, ignoring someone is loosing customers!! You again deducted full premium. No Timely Response Customer service
Old mutual fails to attend to my complaint. Bad customer service. [Email Removed] is NOT responding in a timely manner. CA9041133-- (reference)<br> <br> Dear, I am absolutely not happy with my insurance broker:. I stopped<br> smoking last years and after liberty changed my premiums I enquired with<br> old mutual. First of all he said its not possible. Then later he said after<br> insisting he could do it. He then drafted the premiums up for me and said<br> he needed a cotinine test, like liberty, I asked him to get it from Liberty<br> with my consent. This didnt went well and a month went over it. So I said<br> let us do the old mutual test with the nurse. This was done. My new reduced<br> policy premiums where finally to commence september first. During august I<br> send him numerous emails to ask if all went well and if my policies where<br> going to be effective september first of which he didnt bother to reply<br> again. After old mutual deducted my full premium I send him an angry email<br> why he didnt bother and what was going on. He said the nurse results only<br> got back to him at 28th and that my reduced premiums was to late for the<br> september first debit order. I told him I want credit .. Full email avail
