They have a great account management system but that's pretty much where the good things end. Very poor line quality, constant network drops if it rains or is super windy the fibre line, which should be unaffected by weather, loses connection. I've opened tickets and had them closed without any action. I've been patient and tried to use them but I am on my last straw. There is also a clause where if you cancel within the first 6 months you have to pay them for them anyway. It works some of the time is all I can say. If you have no other option for fibre and LTE is too expensive then sure go with them. But as soon as another option is available I'm taking it.
I have taken my BMW 320d to them on several occasions now and received it back each time feeling great. The service is very friendly and well organized so I would definitely recommend them.
I thought I was scammed, I saw a payment notification from my bank and lost the funds. Was redirected back to Dischem's site and it said they were unable to validate the payment. So I wrote to them and tried to resolve the matter, however the next morning after going back to the payment portal a few times dischem processed the order and I received my notification. Still an online payment system should send proof of payment by default.
