I have been trying to buy an airline ticket for two days, I have used different cards and different banks, and Icannot pay. I see so many complaints about these peole, why would any vendor use such a useless organisation??

I dont have an account with this company and I keep on getting OTP pins to complete a payment...... Someone evens troed to do a sim swap on my cell number hours after they sent me an otp pin. Who are they and how did they get my details. The owners need go look into their company as there is some funny business happening and they will be held responsible. We have so much info on our cell phones and people are trying on a daily basis to hack cellphones and Social media accounts to try and get info to rob us from our hard earned cash

Wow.. such a bad user experience! I had a Pay U account from. few years back. I was having trouble paying with my credit card for an online purchase, and the only other option was PayU. I tried logging in with my details - didn't work. I tried changing my password - didn't work. I tried making a new account, only to be told that my email address is already in use.. so I tried another email address, only to be told that my phone number is already in use. I can't spend more than 45 minutes trying to make a purchase.. so frustrating!

I paid my RCS Coricraft Card on the 1st of April 2022 with the amount of R9000.00. I noticed on Wednesday the 13th of April 2022 that an reversal was made of the R9000.00 on the 4th of April, but till today that money is not reflecting in my account. I contacted the RCS department and they requested a bank statement which I gave them, this bank statement cost me R34.84 and the credit facility fees is increased due to the higher money owed to RCS which is due to the R9000.00 not being in the account before the credit facility fee charges on the 12th of April 2022. I still haven't received feedback on why this transaction was reversed nor does anyone know where my is. RCS also captured the incorrect address for my account, so when I had to verify myself by giving my id, mobile, home address etc, I couldn't. And the address I gave was the one that was on my Pre-Agreement and Welcome pack. These companies are not equipped or educated enough to handle credit facility accounts. They stole my money and I don't know where it is, and they won't do anything unless a person goes to these measure. I also won't pay anything else further on the account until this matter is resolved, nor will I be held liable for any incurred interest and other fees due to their mall practice. I will also open up a case at the police station for theft.

I thought I was scammed, I saw a payment notification from my bank and lost the funds. Was redirected back to Dischem's site and it said they were unable to validate the payment. So I wrote to them and tried to resolve the matter, however the next morning after going back to the payment portal a few times dischem processed the order and I received my notification. Still an online payment system should send proof of payment by default.

I have used Payu for several services. I have had fraudulent use of my credit card on 18-02-2020. Purchases were made with my card for Mango airlines ticket by a fraudster. My credit card has never left my possession, I have never given out my secure details. My cellphone has also never left my possession, so how did that fraudster get past the requirement for a one time pin I wonder.

WARNING!! Made use of there Services, Still waiting for Payments from from, the send me there recon stating money was paid on various date, FNB can't locate these payment and ask PayU to log a missing payment dispute with their bank, more than a month now NO FEEDBACK from them, after many emails and phone Calls, NO REPLY!!!!!! and you are only able to speak to the receptionist!!!!!!!!
