I dont have an account with this company and I keep on getting OTP pins to complete a payment...... Someone evens troed to do a sim swap on my cell number hours after they sent me an otp pin. Who are they and how did they get my details. The owners need go look into their company as there is some funny business happening and they will be held responsible. We have so much info on our cell phones and people are trying on a daily basis to hack cellphones and Social media accounts to try and get info to rob us from our hard earned cash

Is it Vumatel or Zumatel
I am sure is not the only person that feels let down, used and abused by Vumatel (Zumatel ) as it should be known. Everymonth we sit with at least two days with no I ternet connectivity. And yet still, when the debit order must go off, do you see a two day discount......... We are so used to non service and willing to spend our hard earned cash for the crooks that drive the whole Zumatel and they get away with ******. I have seen so many disappointed client but do you think Zumatel gives a ****. Here I am complaining of 2 days without internet connection when some people have been down for six days. Can any one provide us with cheaper and more reliable connectivity as I am ready to kill someone.

Corrupt Telkom ( CorruptKom)
Worst place to ever take out a contract for your internet needs. They give you one price and bill you something else. Signing up for a contract is easy but getting out of it is impossible. You need to register and link your accounts and then give 30 days notice which they never recieve so you must do the whole thing again. Telkom is by far the most incompetant service provider ever. I dont know how they got a licence to operate as a service provider. Bunch of criminals just like our corrupt government.

Truworths Group
The Truwoths Group is the most incompatent chain group Ia have ever come across. I have had three run ins with them. First it was Truwoths, then Uzzi, now the new addition to the group, Office London. They want you to order goods from them and they give you a lead time, but man they never know what is going on in tjeir own group. Seven days are now 10 days. With Truworths they said 4 work days and it ended up with 3 weeks and still no delivery. Are we so used to non delivery that the chaingroups are also following our ruling party. Truworths Group = ANC
