I paid my RCS Coricraft Card on the 1st of April 2022 with the amount of R9000.00. I noticed on Wednesday the 13th of April 2022 that an reversal was made of the R9000.00 on the 4th of April, but till today that money is not reflecting in my account. I contacted the RCS department and they requested a bank statement which I gave them, this bank statement cost me R34.84 and the credit facility fees is increased due to the higher money owed to RCS which is due to the R9000.00 not being in the account before the credit facility fee charges on the 12th of April 2022.
I still haven't received feedback on why this transaction was reversed nor does anyone know where my is.
RCS also captured the incorrect address for my account, so when I had to verify myself by giving my id, mobile, home address etc, I couldn't. And the address I gave was the one that was on my Pre-Agreement and Welcome pack.
These companies are not equipped or educated enough to handle credit facility accounts.
They stole my money and I don't know where it is, and they won't do anything unless a person goes to these measure. I also won't pay anything else further on the account until this matter is resolved, nor will I be held liable for any incurred interest and other fees due to their mall practice. I will also open up a case at the police station for theft.
