They have a great account management system but that's pretty much where the good things end. Very poor line quality, constant network drops if it rains or is super windy the fibre line, which should be unaffected by weather, loses connection. I've opened tickets and had them closed without any action. I've been patient and tried to use them but I am on my last straw. There is also a clause where if you cancel within the first 6 months you have to pay them for them anyway. It works some of the time is all I can say. If you have no other option for fibre and LTE is too expensive then sure go with them. But as soon as another option is available I'm taking it.

Worst worst worst Fibre company ever, We have been without internet for 4 days now, technicians have been coming in and out without any solution, the management don't even take accountability whatsoever. Donna the receptionist is super rude and knows nothing about the company and thinks she can intimidate the customers and speak to her anyhow. David the technician has been trying to be accommodating. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Worst worst worst Fibre company ever, We have been without internet for 4 days now, technicians have been coming in and out without any solution, the management don't even take accountability whatsoever. Donna the receptionist is super rude and knows nothing about the company and thinks she can intimidate the customers and speak to her anyhow. David the technician has been trying to be accommodating. I would not recommend it to anyone.

This is by far the worst fibre provider I have ever dealt with. Every other day the router resets itself, and I am then charged a call-out fee. Keep in mind this is my first month with the company — so on top of paying my monthly rate, I’m also paying repeated fees just to report ongoing issues. It’s turning into the most expensive internet service I’ve ever had, yet the signal doesn’t even reach the bedroom. I’ve been told I need to purchase an extender — but I live in a small apartment. That shouldn’t be necessary. I work from home, so a stable connection is essential. On top of that, I have a toddler who just wants to watch CoComelon, and the internet is constantly down. At this point, it feels like I’m paying a lot of money for a service that simply doesn’t work. To make matters worse, customer support is virtually unreachable. I sit as “first in line” for hours — sometimes over three hours — and still never get through to anyone. This situation is unacceptable and needs to be resolved urgently.
