Worst worst worst Fibre company ever, We have been without internet for 4 days now, technicians have been coming in and out without any solution, the management don't even take accountability whatsoever. Donna the receptionist is super rude and knows nothing about the company and thinks she can intimidate the customers and speak to her anyhow. David the technician has been trying to be accommodating. I would not recommend it to anyone.
Like how long can an application be left hanging while waiting for an email, it's not like it's an application for them to give me money or credit, it's an application to make them money and use their services yet we must run after them....bad start Revolut!
We were with Zone Fitness and was not happy,I got a free week with PF Parklands just to test the facilities and wow what an amazing service we received from Moneeb the sales manager and Star the consultant, they went over and beyond to make us feel welcomed and checked on us daily. They made the cancelation process easy for us and to join was a breeze. What gems these 2 are.
What does one need to do to get FNB to call them back to open an account? I've requested for more than 50 callbacks but nothing...
Does Axxess train their consultants on customer service? Because wow...never have I received such ******* service ever. Yamkela is the worst,absolutely no regard to her choice of words she uses with the customer. I will definitely cancel my service and get all my clients to cancel,because no human deserves such treatment!
I have dealt with a lot property agents in the past in most provinces but never have I had an experience that Abbi Fletcher gave me and my partner. From the beginning of the process right to the end, Abbi has always been efficient and kept me in the loop with prompt responses and managed to score us a great deal, I am in a home I love,in an area I love and all thanks to Abbi, She truly is a gem and Property Eagles is very lucky to have her. And to top it all, we had chocolates and cookies waiting for us when she handed the keys over to us...I mean such service is rare in South Africa. If there was an option to rate 10 stars I would! Thanks Abbi:)
See me booking a flysafair flight kill me, a full 4 hour delay with no communication. I have always booked LIFT airlines with no issues and for sone reason I went with Flysafair and regret it. Don't book these cheap horrible unprofessional people. The little you save with them isn't worth it.
Discovery bank advertise incorrect information, I did the refer a friend campaign, I referred 7 friends and family after the capitec saga. When I had to claim the discovery miles that I qualify for they said they changed the policy last year November,however on the app the wording hasn't changed. I spoke to Beatrice who said she would transfer me to the team leader who spoke absolute ****. I have advised all my friends and family to cancel their subscription.
There is unfortunately no option to rate them zero...PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Do not use this company, Once you order the service with them, you will NEVER be able to get through to them. Worst network company I have ever dealt with,even RAIN is better.
Discovery bank stole my money AGAIN...I have come to a conclusion of reporting them to the Ombud, A ****ty manager called Nicole is of no use and manner less,I will be moving my banking to a different institute as Discovery is incompetent and a joke and thieves as well. DO NOT USE DISCOVERY OR ELSE YOU WILL REGRET IT.
