The staff are very unprofessional. Took my car in for a mechanical repair and they took over a week for authorisation from my warranty policy company. When I phoned the warranty company they explained the delay is due to Zee Max not sending in necessary documents they requested. After I informed Zee max, they sent the docs and authorization was given the next day. Upon authorization they said my car will be done in 2 - 3 days (which is way longer than average for the nature of the repair). I said that it's fine. On day 3 I called them again and they said that the car is done - just needs a wash it they will call when it is done. After getting no feedback by 3:15pm, I called once again. Then I get told they haven't done the road test on the car yet, I must come collect tomorrow, it will definitely be done tomorrow. What pathetic service. I told them it's not acceptable and they then told me they will get the road test done and I can fetch it before closing time. <br> They take on too many cars at once, instead of telling you they fully booked already (out of greed) &
