Mweb I pay for a 30mbps line and only get 1mbps in the evening. This is absolutely disgusting. Please fix it within 24 hours or I will cancel my services. I know you use MTN but sort this issue out. We can’t do our work and the Business is at a standstill
Bonitas suspends your Membership but yet there is CREDIT of R 2 524 on my Account. The Payment for December 2025 premium was paid on 4 December 2025 they did confirmed VIA email that is was allocated. Then they took AGAIN the December 2025 amount of R 2 524 and R 4 047 for January 2026. PLEASE UPLIFT MY SUSPENSION IMMEDIATELY. Absolutely pathetic service saying that I must wait until 7 January 2026 which is NONSENSE. And then I the Member have to phone in everytime and holding now for 15 minutes. My Doctor needs to get Authorisation for my Admission on Monday.

I am so FEDUP and TIRED of Bonitas Medical Aid. They keep on changing the Debit Order dates. Claiming that they have not received my December 2025 payment which is ABSOLUTE NONSENSE because I have send through the Proof of Payment like more than 20 times. Confirming that my payment was allocated. My new Premium is R 4 050.00 on the Bonsave Plan but claiming I owe them R 6 500.00 and saying it is because I owe December 2025 premium which is NONSENSE.
I would like to say thank you for Banella one of the Advisors who went out of her way to assist me. It was very stressful for me as PPS Assessor advise that my Doctor must fill in the correct dates although nothing was wrong at all, Banella spoke to the Advisor on 29 October 2025 and my claim was approved on 30 October 2025 early the morning. I ordered through Uber Eats at KFC Plattekloof Villiage x 10 Zinger Wings. I found disgusting HAIR and objects in my zinger wings. I wanted to VOMMIT. I am still waiting for my Refund from Nedbank Personal Loans. They owe me R 2 149.11. Promise to refund me in 48 hours BUT still waiting. Pathetic service
So in this week we spoke to a Consultant at Nedbank Personal Loans. They advise that if Nedbank debit the full amount then the Discount amount will be refunded to my Nedbank Account within 24 - 48 hours. Yesterday (31/07/2025) Nedbank debited the full outstanding amount. The discount given was 40% as per the Nedbank Letter dated 29 July 2025. Now they want to first get a letter from Norton Attorneys etc to get confirmation of the said discount. BUT why need proof or letter IF Nedbank issued a letter stating that they accept the 40% Discount Settlement and that is valid for 7 days from 29 July 2025. Also Nedbank already have the funds, the Account is R 0.00. It is very simple: JUST REFUND ME IMMEDIATELY.
