My name is Sinothando I am very disappointed about the after service I am receiving from Icebolethu Funeral. We used their services for my brother’s funeral. Everything was paid for in cash on the 30 Jan 2026. After the payment was done we noticed that we overpaid them. We have been patiently waiting on them to refund us the money. It is now over a month doing the back and forth with no refund in sight.
Visited an FNB branch in Pier 14 to do a deposit at the ATM. Before transaction was finished ATM switched off. A consultant by the name of nwabisa came out and started shouting as to why I was holding the queue when I tried to explain my situation she just asked me to move and said there was nothing she can do about it. Upon entering the branch I was advised to fill in a form as it would take 48 hours for the deposit to appear on the account. When I spoke to the manager his name Mzuvukile who was on his way out he advised me to lodge a complaint as there was nothing he could do to assist me. Now what do I do on this situation because the money is deposited for a person who is sitting and waiting for that money and now both we are inconvenienced and with no assistance from any party in the branch.
