My husband order a pair of superga’s for my birthday in January. I have still not got them. The courier company went 3 times to collect them and we received an email that they couldn’t go back again. “We” had to follow up. Bearing in mind we did not appoint the courier company. When I phone I was cut off. When I did eventually get through gave my order number I was put on hold and eventually cut off again. Left a message for the online sales person. She sent an email about 3 weeks ago to say she is looking into the missing pairs of shoes. I have tried on numerous occasions to phone but it’s near impossible to talk to someone. Service is absolute disgraceful.
So a family of 4 traveling to London! We have two different booking numbers! So I pay R1500 to reserve 3 Seat number on both flights! Then go back on line to do the 4th one and someone has done a block booking around us and now we can't even sit together! Phoned SAA they said I have to rebook and pay again! When they could just change it on the computer! As it was just one of those misfortune things not because I don't like the seats! We want to travel together! I have now been holding on the phone for an hour for customer service! And all I can hear is the care about my call!
