The 1 star is generous. I2travels is an absolute sham. They cancelled a week before we were supposed to leave. It's impossible to reach them - They’re not situated at the address they have on here, Rhofhiwa doesn’t answer calls, emails or WhatsApp's and will even go as far as blocking you. Still waiting for our refund 7 months later.

I DID NOT REGISTER WITH INTEC
I inquired about one of Intec's courses in December last year. They called me back and provided me with an application form which I filled out and emailed back to Luleka with the supporting documents BEFORE the registration process started. <br> <br> Due to reasons stated to Luleka I chose to cancel my APPLICATION and stop it from being registered. I sent Luleka an email and called as well to let her know about this. She reassured me that it had not gone through for registration and that she would cancel it. <br> <br> A month later I received an sms informing me of my student number, and that my study material was on its way. I immediately called Luleka and she insisted that the student material will not be delivered and that I should fill out a deregistration form, EVEN THOUGH I NEVER REGISTERED!<br> <br> The study material was then delivered to my home despite what Luleka had said! I let her know and she expressed how \shocked\" she was that this had happened and would speak to her seniors but \"it will be sorted out\". <br> <br> Fast forward to the 3rd of March I received a call from the accounts department threatening to blacklist me if I don't pay the amount due. I am EXTREMELY frustrated and no one is helping"
