We went through O-Yes Properties to rent out our apartment and it was a breeze. From our first interaction telephonically with Nalini Bageloo to actually meeting in person , everything was perfect ! Nalini kept me in the loop about all potential tenants and everything that needed to be done within the property itself. She was always pleasant and I will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an estate agent.

Waited 50 minutes for a 15 minute half cooked meal
We came to spur for breakfast and waited 50 minutes for it . The manager then confirmed to us that it only takes 15 minutes to prepare ?? So what went wrong now ? Really poor service and no empathy from the manager
