2.5 months later and still no fibre!
Vumatel and Britlink are seriously useless! We got our fibre process started in September and still no fibre! Let's hope someone else can give better service. No companies like these should be in business! Useless in every possible way!

No show for splicing appointment
Over a month later, multiple calls and a ton of frustration, we finally got a splicing appointment for Brightlik to come and 'finalise' our fibre installation. They were a no show. No calls to let us know they were not going to arrive and still no follow up as to why they let us down once again. Shocking service over and over again from Brightlink and Vumatel!

Damaged irrigation & still no fibre, 3 weeks later!
I'm not sure where the fault lies re: terrible customer service, but either way, 3 weeks later, we have been left in the dark with our fibre installation. Everyone (Vumatel, Bright Link & Cool Ideas) keep passing the buck and no one can actually let me know what is happening with the process. No follow ups or good customer service (or attitude) from any of these service providers. Then, as there seems to be no clear and open channel to report issues to Vumatel, when the guys (Bright Link) came to install our fibre, they left us with R1000 worth of damage to our irrigation system, without even saying a word before leaving. Never mind the countless water and Rands down the drain. Seriously not cool! Thumbs down to everyone involved so far.

ZOO SOUND - UNRELIABLE - FIND SOMEONE ELSE!
Paul cancelled the day before our wedding in March 2015. I only knew of his cancellation because I phoned him to confirm. This was devastating as I had told him in our meeting months before, that the music was a vitally important element to myslef and my husband for our wedding day. He sent replacements, but these guys didnt play much off the playlist I had compiled for months beforehand. He obviosuly didn't brief the stand ins at all about what we wanted. There was never ever any follow up or apology. Oh and we had paid him in full up front to get his early bird discount. Shocking service (or lack thereof)! BEWARE: DO NOT USE ZOO SOUND!
