After Gemelli's opened I went there with family and friends on a regular basis, Pasta was very good, service<br> was good. One day I went with overseas guests there and my wife and I ordered steak ( which we had before and it was excellent }. This time the steaks were tough as nails. The chef came out, patted me on the shoulder<br> and said yes the steaks were not long enough out of the fridge so it happened. Then we received the steaks as <br> doggypack and got full charge on the bill. For the food in general was great i let it slide although i did not like the<br> patronizing manner of the chef.<br> Then my wife went with friends and her sister on visit there. In her sister's seafood pasta was a wire from a <br> steel brush used to clean pots. After complaining the owner came out apologized and took the wire to the chef.<br> My wife went to toilet and saw that when the owner handed the wire to the chef they both had a good laugh<br> about it. I have never experienced such arrogance of management in the hospitality Industry even though<br> I traveled on business 7 months a year for 30 years and only stayed in 5 star establishments.
