Quite an experience I had at gemelli's Bryanston. Went to the restaurant a few weeks ago with my boss. The food was well prepared beautifully served by the nicest of the waiters there. I sure will visit them from time to timein future with my wife. Gemelli's Bryanston has 5 star rating from me.

Having previously had such good things to say about Gimelli’s restaurant, I cannot quite understand how things have been allowed to deteriorate to the extent they have. The lack of service gave you the distinct impression that paying customers were an inconvenience. If it had been because they were busy and understaffed that would have been understandable, but the restaurant was empty. The dirty glass could have been overlooked had the overpriced food we ordered been extraordinarily tasty. Unfortunately, it was not. Maybe they will use some of their profit margin to repair some of the tables and chairs that were in a terrible state. We skipped dessert because we couldn’t wait to leave. We won’t return I’m afraid.

My fiance and i went to Gemelli's for our monthly dinner date. The moment you walk in you are greeted by friendly staff. The restaurant has a wonderful setting and an overall great vibe. There was always someone attending to our table- it was refreshing to see real team work between the waitors, manager and owner . Our food was done to perfection, not to mention the fine presentation-we ordered the sea food pasta and the lamb rump with some red wine to go with. It really was a lovely experience. Well done to the owner and staff for the great service and hospitality. This country needs more people like you. :-)

My fiance took me to Gemelli's for our monthly dinner date. The moment you walk in you are greeted by friendly staff. The restaurant has a wonderful setting and lovely atmosphere. The owner came to have a chat with us and ensure we were being attended too. <br> <br> We ordered the lamb pasta special and the rib-eye steak, our food was cooked to perfection and the presentation was stunning. Our cocktails were also really good. Thank you to the owner, waiters and chefs for the great service and hospitality. We will certainly be back

The owner came to have a chat with us and ensure we were being attended too. <br> <br> We ordered the lamb pasta special and the rib-eye steak, our food was cooked to perfection and the presentation was stunning. After Gemelli's opened I went there with family and friends on a regular basis, Pasta was very good, service<br> was good. One day I went with overseas guests there and my wife and I ordered steak ( which we had before and it was excellent }. This time the steaks were tough as nails. The chef came out, patted me on the shoulder<br> and said yes the steaks were not long enough out of the fridge so it happened. Then we received the steaks as <br> doggypack and got full charge on the bill. For the food in general was great i let it slide although i did not like the<br> patronizing manner of the chef.<br> Then my wife went with friends and her sister on visit there. In her sister's seafood pasta was a wire from a <br> steel brush used to clean pots. After complaining the owner came out apologized and took the wire to the chef.<br> My wife went to toilet and saw that when the owner handed the wire to the chef they both had a good laugh<br> about it. I have never experienced such arrogance of management in the hospitality Industry even though<br> I traveled on business 7 months a year for 30 years and only stayed in 5 star establishments.

I have just come back from Gemelli's - again - and this restaurant keeps up its standards - as very high - the food is superb as always and the service fabulous as always - professional friendly and as usual the best place to eat in Sandton.<br> <br> Alessandro is always there always greets guests and today Jonathan was such good quality!
