I bought a wig online and specified that i want a medium cap. Upon receiving the wig i discovered that they gave me a small size wig which didn’t fit at all, in addition the hair quality was terrible unlike what you see advertised online or by influencers. I then requested for a refund to which the customer service agent Tlaki told me they would refund me and that i should send my bank details. I immediately sent my details and they told me to expect the money in my account after 7workings. It’s been over a week after the said 7working days and now they’re ghosting me and ignoring my calls. This is ****mer behavior. All i want is my money.
My fiance and i went to Gemelli's for our monthly dinner date. The moment you walk in you are greeted by friendly staff. The restaurant has a wonderful setting and an overall great vibe. There was always someone attending to our table- it was refreshing to see real team work between the waitors, manager and owner . Our food was done to perfection, not to mention the fine presentation-we ordered the sea food pasta and the lamb rump with some red wine to go with. It really was a lovely experience. Well done to the owner and staff for the great service and hospitality. This country needs more people like you. :-)
Aramax is the worst!! I was informed that i would have recieved my parcel in 2-6 working days. i placed my order on 13 Jan 18 today is 25 Jan and i am still waiting. For the past 5 days have been getting the same story from the call center consultants- that my parcel is held in customs and it takes 2-3 working days for clearance- the " 3 working days" is overdue now and still nothing. Aramax needs to realise that it takes time and airtime to keep (following up) pushing them to do their job. They really need to do better.
Dear shoppers BEWARE of pick pocketing at ZARA Cresta store. I was there and within 30 min my wallet was gone! What makes it sad is the staff's bad attitude and unwillingness to help. After notifying some of the floor staff and management they just carried on with their lives, no announcement was done to alert other shoppers of pick pocketing in the shop and no one offered to at least help search for the wallet in the store. Anyway so i approached the manager on duty, Sibusiso. I asked to see the CCTV footage, he reluctantly confirms that there is footage however it would take a while to go through it and that I would only be allowed to see it once i get a case nr. Cool I went to the police got the case nr and returned to ZARA. The manager (a different one this time) takes the police documents said he needs to scan them and send to head security and only then will I be able to see the footage. The docs are scanned, email sent, guy tells me I can't go to their back office to see the footage so they will email it to me. I wondered how they would be able to email it to me when no1 asked for my email address. Anyway the manager introduces me to a detective Kea who will be "working" on my case this is about 2 weeks ago. To cut this short Miss detective just called now to tell me that she's closing the case ...because ZARA says there is no footage - they refused to send it. I'm really disgusted at how all of this was handled by ZARA Cresta- very shady. My money, bank, med etc cards and licence were in my wallet- all gone. The admin of replacing everything is really stressful.
