<p>This company rubberised/waterproofed 2 x of my flat corrigated rooves in Feb 2016. Till to-day they are still leaking.</p> <p>They have come back numerous times , but the so called rubberized paint that expands 1300% has bubbled & cracked twice & water leaks have never been sorted out from day 1. Therefore their claim that it expands 1300% is absolute rubbish & I can assure you my roof does not look anything like as smooth & even in texture as their website shows pictures of.</p> <p>The owner now does not even answer my voice mails , sms's , e-mails or phone calls & so I have had to hand the matter over to my lawyers.</p> <p>The cracking they say is a chemical reaction to the paint that was on the roof before = so much for their claim on their website that it has "No Chemical Reactions".</p> <p>Their missiuon statement is also completely false - there is no professional service. If there was they would be answering my pleas & honoring their 10 Guarantee = it is not worth the paper it is written on.</p> <p>The owner is also totally unreliable , making dates & times to come & see you & then cancelling them 1 hour before the meeting on numerous occasions.</p> <p>I tried contacting the manufacturer of the paint in Port Elizebeth & their General Manager will take no responsibility for their product , she just refers you back to the applicator doing the job. In fact she has blocked my e-mails from getting into her e-mail inbox.</p> <p>People , beware of this company , it is a really toxic bunch of people to deal with. They are all very friendly at 1st , then when their product fails they refuse to sort the problem out & do not honour their Guarantee at all. They are totally un-professional & do not know what they are doing 7 have many different excuses & promises to sort it out , but nothing comes of it. BEWARE.</p>
<p>For the last 2 years I have had nothing but trouble from the Post Office.</p> <p>All East Rand Post Office boxes at the mall were removed without any notice or info on where we must collect our mail. After 3 months container post boxes were put at Boksburg North Post Office which no customers were told we just had to drive around all Post Offices in Boksburg Post Offices and ask.</p> <p>We had these for about 1 year then new permanent boxes were built , but not enough for everyone , so agian I had to wait for makeshift ones bolted to a wall with no shelter ****il I complained) , then the container was taken away , but we could not use our new boxes as they did not have padlocks to lock them to the wall. After 2 weeks, and in the mean time I had no post box again or anywhere to collect my post and again no info of this was given to customers. After 2 weeks I phoned Area Managers & said I would buy the padlocks out of my own pocket , but suddenly they found padlocks the next day.</p> <p>I buy alot from BOB & Bid or Buy and so need a reliable postal system. However I have had numerous items lost by the Post Office Registered & normal post from overseas & local. I have had mail taking 30 days to get from Fouchville to Boksburg a mere 80 kms away. I have had UK mail take 4 months to get to boksburg & E-Bay only give you 30 days to claim from time of posting . Therefore I have lost hundreds of Rands in the post.</p> <p>I have had post tampered with , 1 x caught red-handed , yet nothing was done about it to to-day.</p> <p>I have been screamed at by a sorted in front of all the Post Office customers because she was told I was the one complaining she had tampered with my mail, when Post Office Manager tried to intervene , she was told to "Shut Up" by the sorter lady.</p> <p>The new CEO is so busy trying to make paperless post offices & trying to take away parcel delivery from private courier (as he said on the radio 702) yet the basics are non-existent- i.e. - Deliverying post timeously , combatting the out of control theft of post , changing "Silo mentality" in the Post Office where the Post Office Branch Manager has no right to speal to/question or anything else to sorters putting the mail in the P.O. Boxes at their Post Office , Even though the first place one goes when they find a problem at your box is the Post Office Manager or Staff working inside the Post Office.</p> <p>Please stand up with me people and demand enough is enough , especially since they have just been bailed out of millions of Rands of debt with our tax money againt.It is time for the Post Office to Fall and be privatized to some one with as bigger foot print in the country like a Courier Company or Post Net etc. The same should be happening to SAA , Eskom Etc as they are all run inefficiently and costing the tax payers money & hardship in their daily lives so to prop up these useless organazations , not to mention alot of frustration trying to use their services.</p>
I have written numerous e-mails & made numerous calls to Vodacom & ICSA to complain that I either have no signal or poor signal since August 2014 and it is even worse in the last month. I am on a 3G prepaid dongle system 079 277 3712 and in the middle of doing banking or bidding on E-bay my connection is lost and I then often have to re-download the same website to continue, using up my data due to Vodacoms poor service.<br> Here are the responses I got in writing & verbally from Vodacom:<br> 1 ) . Move to another service provider (if I in my job told a customer that I would be fired for bringing the company into disrepute).<br> 2 ) . New tower going up nearby in Parkrand - that was in Feb 2015 in response to my complaint to ICSA .<br> 3 ) . Chief Engineer for my area phoned me having seen all my complaints and kindly offered as a gesture of goodwill 2gb free data 1st/2nd of every month for 1 year. Got for a couple of months , but nothing this month - Call Centre told me when asked about it , it is not the end of the day yet & anyway I must remember it is a Good Will gesture not a right.<br> 4 ). Vodacom Escalation & ICSA will not reply to my last 4 e-mails to re-open the case
