How do you pay R2402 only out of a R22 000 for an operation to the doctor? The claim was authorised by you! If you had not authorised the claim, the doctor was not going to operate on me. The claim was R22 000 from the doctor’s quote but you only payed R2402?! You left me with a debt of R19 598 Which doctor/specialist operates for that amount in South Africa? R2402?!!
I just got a call from the doctor saying you won’t be paying the claim you authorised. Why did you authorise the doctor’s quotation for my operation of R22 000 only for you to pay R2 402? Now I have to pay the doctor R19 598 from my pocket meanwhile I am still being debited monthly. The doctor even confirmed that you authorised everything and you will pay! I purchased a bedroom suite last year April (2015), my side mirror was broken on delivery i called them and they said they will come collect it. They finally came to collect the side mirror in July (2015).<br> <br> I still have not received anything from Russells not even a phone call from them. I called the branch manager (Jeffrey) where i purchased the bedroom suite, he told me to come and collect the side mirror myself. Now I have to organize transport and take it home.<br> <br> Every month end they debit me but nothing is happening. I will never ever go back to them. <br>
