Hi, <br> <br> I booked 3 ticket to JHB from CT in November 2015 on Skywise. The flights were grounded early December to no notification to passengers. We are informed to complete a refund form and email it back to [Email Removed] I did that on the 5th of January 2016. I have done it 5 times since then and still no responds. <br> Now the email bounces back... <br> Can someone please tell us what is happening with our refunds?<br> <br> regards <br> Thuli Kunene
