THE WORST TAXI SERVICE
I used this taxi service because it was reasonably priced. The last time I found out why: They have the worst service imaginable. I live close to a Pick n Pay village where I do my monthly groceries. It's not far but I can't carry the extra weight on foot. I called when entering the store to arrange the time and place I was to meet them and the lady operator was a bit rude but I brushed it off as being a bad day. I called them a few minutes before leaving the store to make sure everything was on track. When I got out the store the Taximan was no where to be seen. i called again, this time annoyed. A few minutes later an African burly man, shouts at me from the Taximan venture and gestures zap signs at me and leaves in full view of people in the parking lot. I was so shocked I just stood there in frozen fear. I did NOT do anything to warrant such behaviour though I was told by the operator that a driver had EVERY RIGHT to swear at a customer if he saw fit!!! How can Arthur employ such disgusting dangerous people to service his customers? <br> <br> Minutes later I was sent a driver who was in the area who was much better calmed me down<br> This was 28 AUG 2015

PHONE STOLEN
I had forgotten my spare phone at the Radisson in December and didnt miss it much until my new phone got stolen last week. I had arranged with the hotel that they would have it couriered to me VIA Speed Services Counter to Counter over night courier service.<br> Not only did my parcel take a full 4 day to get to the counter.<br> When I opened the sealed box I found nothing but a dirty tissue and cut up papers. No phone. No explanation.<br> No apology. Nothing. Just a useless form to fill in and a promise that they would call to investigate the matter.<br> I would have paid less for Aramex or any other courier and received my goods.<br> Speed Services Courier are not speedy at all and not reliable.<br> The phone was properly packaged and sealed. So it's correct to assume that they have their way with any post and cannot be trusted. Where do I get a phone now?? A refund?? Compensation???
