Booked a pickup from Cape Town airport. Stood like a fool for 90 minutes at domestic arrivals and nobody showed up. Claimed they were there, but absolutely were not. Checked each and every board every 10 minutes. Nothing.

I have run out of options looking for help. Whilst travelling to work; a taxi knocked into my car on Douglas Drive, Douglasdale. I stopped, got out my car and went to assess the damage. I then asked the taxi driver (Lucky) for his license and ID of which he did not have. He told me to get out of the way as he is in a hurry. As he drove off, I managed to get a picture of the license disks, which were already expired in 30 June 2019, and the license plate. I then proceeded to the Douglasdale police station where I filed a accident report. I showed the office on duty, the pictures of the taxi license disks and plate and also a picture of my car with the damages. He just shrugged me off by saying that they cannot help me, cos its taxis we cant get involved. These taxis cannot be a law unto themselves. this has to stop. Who do I go to for help? I cannot afford to repair the damages on my car. I would really appreciate your assistance in this instance. Regards Veno

I used this taxi service because it was reasonably priced. The last time I found out why: They have the worst service imaginable. I live close to a Pick n Pay village where I do my monthly groceries. It's not far but I can't carry the extra weight on foot. I called when entering the store to arrange the time and place I was to meet them and the lady operator was a bit rude but I brushed it off as being a bad day. I called them a few minutes before leaving the store to make sure everything was on track. When I got out the store the Taximan was no where to be seen. i called again, this time annoyed. A few minutes later an African burly man, shouts at me from the Taximan venture and gestures zap signs at me and leaves in full view of people in the parking lot. I was so shocked I just stood there in frozen fear. I did NOT do anything to warrant such behaviour though I was told by the operator that a driver had EVERY RIGHT to swear at a customer if he saw fit!!! How can Arthur employ such disgusting dangerous people to service his customers? <br> <br> Minutes later I was sent a driver who was in the area who was much better calmed me down<br> This was 28 AUG 2015
