We send our mag in for repairs, the wheel was taken off, the spare was put onto the car and we were told we could leave. No documents were issued were we signed for what was taken nor to prove that they have anything from us. They verbally confirmed that the mag would take about 3-5 days for repair, in 2 weeks we had no word from them. When we pitched up to see if it's ready for collection, the cap with the logo of the car that comes on the mag was missing. The owner had a very bad attitude towards us saying it is our own problem and that we have thrown it away as his policy is that he does not take the caps. Now I am a woman who knows nothing about wheels and cars, I stopped there, they took off my wheel and put the spare on and said I can go, what on earth would I want to do with a logo cap. I was not handed anything. When my husband called them the owner was very unfriendly and said he does not care and dropped the phone on my husband while talking. This is the worst service I have ever had, now my car looks bad and it will cost me R300 to replace.
